We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. We will not share your information with any other parties. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear Valued Clients,

At Blissful Beauty Day Spa, we strive to provide the best possible experience for all our guests. As part of our commitment to quality service, we are updating our cancellation policy to better serve you.

 

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing us. While your relaxation is our priority, we still must cover an often uncomfortable topic about payments & missed appointments.

 

Since scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 48-hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If you miss or do not show up at "your time," please be aware that you will be charged a cancellation fee for missed appointments; including rescheduled appointments. For example; you have a facial scheduled on August 8th at 10 AM and at 8:45 AM you call and say you need to reschedule because you have a sunburn. While we always try to be understanding of things that come up; we have had far too many no shows and last minute cancellations happen. Our staff is commission based and only gets paid when they have clients scheduled; (just imagine showing up to work a full 8 hour day to find out you're not getting paid). These cancellations can truly hurt our small business and the providers livelihood, tremendously.

 

Our reminder notifications go out 72 hours prior to your appointment via text and email (IF YOU OPT IN); giving you a full day before having to notify us of any changes. We also send two more reminders after as a courtesy to you.

 

Going forward, same day cancellations/rescheduling will result in a 50% charge of each service booked that day. For example; you're booked for a brow tint and brow wax; normally $43.50 you will be charged $21.75.

 

If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, it will be taken off of your service time (if the provider can still or has time to provide the scheduled service) and you will be charged the full amount regardless of if the provider can or cannot provide the full time.

 

No Shows are not tolerated and will result in a 100% charge of your service/services booked.

Blissful Beauty Terms and conditions: This website is owned and operated by Jessica Budney, owner of Blissful Beauty Day Spa. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors products and services for our clients. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Shipping is based on when the order is placed. We are closed Sundays & Mondays therefore, your order will process the day following business day. If we do not have something you have ordered, we will fully refund your order. Please allow for extra shipping times as the Covid-19 Pandemic has made all shipping a longer process due to staff shortages. We will do our best to have your order out ASAP and provide you with shipping information. If anything should arrive to you damaged, please reach out via email with a photo of the damaged item within 2 days of delivery. We would be happy to exchange or refund you for this item.  Any returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and unopened/unused. If all requirements are met, a full refund will be applied once your order is received. Upon checkout, please limit one coupon per checkout. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

To provide and operate the Services;

To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

RETURN POLICY

​

Any returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and unopened/unused. If all requirements are met, a full refund will be applied once your return is received. Services are non refundable once they're received, we do require 48 hour notice prior to all cancellations for appointments at Blissful Beauty to avoid a $75 fee.
